Spinach with Fruit Salad



8 oz. Fresh spinach

1 cup Blueberries

About 6-8 Strawberries

1 cup Raspberries

1/4 Red onion

1/2 cup walnuts, crushed

Feta cheese

Raspberry Vinaigrette

2 cups raspberries

1/4 cup wine vinegar red or white

2 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper




  1. Add the spinach to a large bowl. Add the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and almonds. Toss well.
  2. Before serving, add the raspberry vinaigrette and toss once again.
The Raspberry Vinaigrette
  1. Rinse the berries thoroughly and mash them with a fork.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the raspberries on low to medium heat for about five minutes.
  3. Let cool. Put into a bottle and shake well.
