Ricotta Sundried Tomato Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sundried tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 12 oz ricotta
  • 18-25 crostini bread pieces

Directions

  1. Put the sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor and blend until combined.
  2. Spread ricotta evenly over crostini pieces and top with the mixture from the food processor.
  3. Serve on a platter.
