Bruschetta Burger



  • Steer Ridge IQF Burger
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 slice fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons beefsteak tomato; chopped
  • butter
  • 3 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 ciabatta bun; buttered and toasted
  • balsamic glaze



  • Season frozen burger evenly with salt and pepper and place burgers on a 350-degree char grill.
  • Once the burger begins to form juice pockets on the top (approximately 3.5 minutes), the burger is ready to flip.
  • While burgers are still on the grill, top with 1 slice of Mozzarella and allow cheese to soften.
  • Spread bun with butter, toast and set aside.
  • Place 3 basil leaves on the bottom bun.
  • Remove burgers with softened cheese from grill and place burger on bottom bun, top with tomatoes, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Place the top bun on burger and secure with a sandwich pick.
