Bacon Barbecue Cheeseburger



4 slices bacon

2 ground beef burgers

2 hamburger buns

2 slices American cheese

1 oz. onion, chopped

1/4 cup barbecue sauce

2 tsp. burger seasoning

Salt and Pepper to taste




  1. In a frying pan, fry the bacon. Remove and let sit on paper towels.
  2. Cook burger patties on a pan or skillet on medium heat until cooked thoroughly. Add cheese on top of burgers when 3/4 of the way cooked.
  3. In the meantime in another pan or skillet, toast the buns lightly, then set aside.
  4. In the same pan or skillet, add the onions and seasoning and heat for about 3 minutes. Then add the barbecue sauce and heat for another minute.
  5. Assemble your burgers, add the patty and bacon on top, then add the BBQ onion mixture. Serve immediately.
