Arugula Prosciutto Pizza



  • 10 oz pizza dough
  • 5 oz fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 2 oz thinly sliced prosioutto
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • Shaved parmesan cheese (optional)




  1. Be sure your oven is preheated to at least 500 F (depending on oven)
  2. Top evenly with fresh mozzarella slices
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese melts
  4. Remove pizza from oven; blot away any liquid from cheese using a paper towel. Top pizza with prosciutto.
  5. Combine oil, juice, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Add arugula; toss well to coat. Arrange arugula mixture over pizza.
  6. Choose to add shaved parmesan cheese on top.
