Antipasto Platter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb genoa salami sliced
  • 1/4 lb prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 1 lb fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 1 lb provolone cubed
  • 2 cups Kalamata Olives
  • 1 cup grilled artichoke hearts with olive oil
  • 2 cups roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup pepperoncini (optional)
  • Rustic bread slices (optional)

Servings

Directions

  1. In a large platter begin layering the ingredients from the outside. For good presentation, group by type and don't be afraid to overlap them for a layer effect.
  2. In the center of the platter, take a couple bowls and place the smaller foods such as the olives, artichokes or roasted red peppers.
  3. Serve with bread.
