Zesty Lemon Pepper Wings



3 lbs. chicken wings

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

Oil to fry

2 tbsp. parsley, chopped

1 1/2 tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning

1/4 cup butter, melted

Lemon or Lime to garnish




  1. Put the flour in a mixing bowl and add the salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Put the chicken wings in the bowl and coat them with the flour.
  3. Heat about 4-5 inches of oil in a large pot to 350 degrees F.
  4. Add the chicken wings to the pot, about a half dozen at a time. Fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Do this again with the rest of the wings.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the butter and lemon pepper seasoning.
  6. Spread the butter mixture over the chicken wings; coat well.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.
