Tomato Burrata Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz burrata
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 25 basil leaves
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper

Directions

  1. Slice the tomatoes about 1/4" thick and arrange on a serving platter.
  2. Evenly sprinkle the fresh basil leaves over the tomatoes.
  3. Slice the burrata into bite-sized pieces using a serrated knife. Lay on top of the tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle the salt and pepper evenly over the top of the tomatoes and burrata, then drizzle on the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic.
