Sweet Potato Fries with Brown Sugar Dipping Sauce



Frozen Sweet Potato Fries

Canola blend oil for fries

5 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter

4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream




  1. Fill your fry basket only halfway to the top with frozen French fries.
  2. Use a thermometer to make sure cooking oil is at the right temperature, as indicated on the package.
  3. Give the fry basket a shake after about 30 seconds of cooking to make sure all fries are covered in oil.
  4. In a small saucepan on your stovetop over medium-low heat.
  5. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon and the heavy cream to the butter.
  6. Then, as the butter melts, whisk everything together into a sauce.
