Shrimp Alfredo Pizza



1 Basic Pizza Dough

2 cups medium size shrimp cooked or raw, cleaned and deveined

2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 1/2 cups half and half (half milk/half cream) or heavy cream

3 tablespoons all purpose white flour

Salt and pepper to taste

1/3 cup sliced green onion



  1. Fire up your oven as you usually would.
  2. Pour about 1 tablespoons of oil into your pizza pan. Press dough into your pan. For a crispy crust keep the crust thin.
  3. Top pizza dough with about a half cup of sauce for a 12” pizza.
  4. Top with shrimp and green onions. Sprinkle with additional handful of parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until crust is lightly brown and sauce is bubbling around edges.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
Alfredo Sauce Directions:
  1. In small dish combine grated parmesan and flour, set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a medium size skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic. Sauté until soft and fragrant. About 2 minutes.
  3. Add cream, bring to a simmer. Add parmesan and flour mixture. Using a wire whisk, whisk until sauce is thick and cheese is melted. About 2-3 minutes. Add pinch of salt and pepper. Taste. Add additional salt and pepper if needed.
