Rosemary Garlic Lamb Loin Chops



8 lamb loin chops

2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. ground black pepper

3 tbsp. olive oil

4 tbsp. butter

4 cloves garlic minced

2 tbsp. chopped rosemary




  1. Season the lamb chops with salt and ground black pepper on each side.
  2. Add the oil to a medium-high heated pan. Add the loin chops once heated up. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Lower the heat and add the butter, garlic, and rosemary to the pan. Take the melted butter and spoon over the top of the chops. This should take about 5 minutes.
  4. Take the pan off the heat and let sit for about 10 minutes until their temperature reaches 130-135F.
