Pepperoni Pizza Fries



22 ounces Coated frozen fries

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

2 cups pizza sauce

1 teaspoon salt

5 tablespoons olive oil

4 ounces shredded cheese

1 1/2 ounces Pepperoni (about 20 slices)

Fresh parsley to garnish




  1. Fill your fry basket only halfway to the top with frozen French fries.
  2. Use a thermometer to make sure cooking oil is at the right temperature, as indicated on the package.
  3. Give the fry basket a shake after about 30 seconds of cooking to make sure all fries are covered in oil.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and olive oil.
  5. Put the fries into the oil mix and coat them all over and lay them on the baking sheet
  6. Top with the pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Then place under the broiler for about 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and the pepperoni is crisp.
  7. Serve hot right away.
