Vegetarian Pasta Salad



1 lb. Marino Fusilli pasta

8 oz. Country Brand fresh mozzarella cheese

6 oz. Marino black olives

1/2 red onion, diced

1 1/2 cups Domenico Vitale cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 cup Marino freshly grated parmesan cheese

Marino Pepperoncini (optional)

Country Brand Italian Salad Dressing




  1. Cook the pasta. Drain water and rinse pasta with cold water. Wait for it to cool.
  2. Add pasta to a large bowl. Add half of the salad dressing to it and toss. Add leftover ingredients and dressing and toss once again.
  3. If you can, cover and refrigerate for 30-40 min.
  4. Serve cold.
