Linguine Bolognese



6 pieces garlic cloves

3 pieces large onion

2 oz olive oil

6 oz pomodoro tomato can

6 oz plum tomato can

1.5 oz red wine

1 pound ground beef

4 tbsp. Salted butter

4 tbsp. parmesan cheese

Salt and Pepper to taste

9 oz. linguine pasta




  1. Heat a pan with the olive oil and let it simmer. add the chopped garlic and let it cook on low. Once they are cooked about halfway through, add the onions as you sauté them.
  2. Use a mixer to blend the canned tomatoes. Add the fresh basil. Add this mix to the above onions. Cook on low heat so it simmers.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook it all together. This is where you may add the salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour in the red wine to deglaze, letting cook for about 5 min on low. Add the butter and parmesan. Let this simmer.
