Breakfast Pizza



  • 8 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 10oz dough ball flattened for crust
  • 6 slices American cheese, yellow or white
  • 1 cup 1-inch bacon pieces cooked crispy




  1. Heat oven for pizza to 475 F for conventional oven, 800 to 900 F for professional pizza oven (temperature depends on oven used).
  2. Mix together with a whisk the eggs and milk.
  3. Melt butter in a non-stick pan and add the egg mixture. Remove after 2-3 minutes after set.
  4. Top pizza crust with 4 slices cheese, cooked eggs and bacon.
  5. Slice the remaining 2 pieces of cheese into quarters. Place them over the pizza. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Cut into slices and serve while hot.
