Breaded Veal Cheesesteak



4 veal cutlet breaded (fully-cooked)

1 Green bell pepper

1 1/2 Red bell pepper

1 yellow onion

4 ounces cremini mushrooms

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

4 slices provolone cheese


2 hoagie rolls




  1. Heat the cutlets in a pan with oil until hot and golden brown. Remove onto paper towel.
  2. Fry onions until browned about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add the peppers, mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Fry until the peppers are crisp-tender, 4-5 minutes
  4. Add the cheese on top, allowing it to slightly melt.
  5. Spread the inside of each hoagie roll with some mayonnaise.
  6. Put 2 cutlets on each roll and serve right away.
