Basil Lemon Crab Linguine



9 oz. linguine

1/3 cup butter, cubed

1 jalapeno pepper, chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp. grated lemon zest

3 tbs. lemon juice

12 oz. lump crabmeat

1/4 cup basil leaves

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/4 tsp. ground pepper




  1. Cook linguine. In a large shallow pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add jalapeno and garlic; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until tender. Stir in lemon zest and juice. Add crab; heat through, stirring gently.
  2. Drain linguine and add to skillet.
  3. Sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper and toss to combine.
