Sausage and Pepper BBQ Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Marino Hot Rope Sausage
  • 16 grape tomatoes
  • 16 button mushrooms
  • 1 Red onion, halved and quartered
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper
  • Skewers

Directions

  1. Preheat a grill on high
  2. Grill the sausages on each side for 5 minutes
  3. Cut the sausage into 2-inch rounds
  4. Using the skewers, arrange the tomatoes, mushrooms, Hot Sausage Links, red onions and peppers
  5. Put back on the grill for another 12-15 minutes
