Garlic, Lemon and Paprika Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds tilapia fillets
  • 1 lemon, cut in half
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place tilapia fillets on a pan without overlaying fillets.
  3. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, melted butter, garlic, paprika, pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Put on top of each fillet.
  4. Slice remaining lemon and add to pan with fillets.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes (depends on the thickness of your fillets).
