Put the piece of salmon on the aluminum foil, and drizzle extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, oregano, 2 cloves of garlic (smashed or sliced). Add mint, parsley, and lemon slices on top.
Wrap salmon in aluminum foil and bake for 13 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes in the aluminum foil before unwrapping. Plate with a fresh slice of lemon.
